The small town of Bandol is located on the Cote d'Azur, and each year, on the first Sunday of December an amazing wine festival in Bandol is held. It is dedicated to young wine. You shouldn't think that just because it's Cote d'Azur the prices for the wine are astronomical. On the contrary the wine at the festival is free, all you have to do is buy a souvenir glass with the monogram of this year's event. The served wine is truly exquisite!
