Turkish government invites foreigners to new resortsOct 28, 2008Housing development administration of Turkey (TOKI) and Finance Ministry signed a protocol on real estate sale of 416 lots to foreigners for building of resorts for foreigners. Future resorts will include villas, hotels, tennis courses, gold courts, trade centers, health facilities, says PRIAN and OPP.org.uk.
The resorts will be sold as timeshares and the owners will not be able to rent them. Total area of lots is 9 kilometers. TOKI representatives are hoping to get $20 milliards from selling the resorts to foreign investors. Resorts will be built near Aidin, Mugla, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Balikesir and Adana. Back to news
