Many celebrities live in hotels for years. Today even the regular tourists can afford the same luxury if they wish to spend more time on vacation than the standard allotted two weeks. The three star hotel Albahia, located in the beautiful Spanish town of Alicante fronted the market with a somewhat unusual proposal. The hotel offers its guests rooms at ridiculously low prices, but with the condition that people will stay at the hotel for a period of one to three months. This offer appeared mainly because Albahia may very well be left with many empty rooms this summer. And in order to attract tourist, the management decided on a 375 Euro monthly charge for a room of two, informs Guardian.

“Given the economic situation, we have had to come up with something imaginative," explained hotel manager María Luz Poveda. "For this price, you get a comfortable room with a separate bathroom, a colour television set, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi" The hotel is located near the beach; there are tennis courts nearby as well, which Albahia guests can use any time. There is also a special room featured at the hotel, which is equipped with a washer and dryer, and an ironing desk. The bed sheets and towels are changed once a week. As you can expect the offer worked very well, and most of the rooms at Albahia are book until September.
