The guests of the French hotel will master art of cookeryDec 05, 2008The restaurant of the Spa hotel Près d'Eugénie that is situated in the famous French resort Eugenie-les-Bains offers funny course of art of cookery on the occasion of New Year celebration. The restaurant’s chef and joint owner Michel Guérard and his team arranged a four-day master class program; the secrets of cooking Foie gras, sweet souffle, chocolate desserts, fish with vegetables, delicious cakes, and marshmallow will be revealed on completion of the project.
It is planned to teach the guests to choose and prepare foodstuff, share experience concerning wholesome nutrition, and to present cookery books. In the afternoon guests will be offered to visit de Bachen castle and to try themselves in wine-testing. The program expense is 600 euros. Children under 18 accompanied by adults can take a free course. The offer is true beginning from the 21st till the 28th of December. Back to news
