Search for a bomb in Futuroscope Park in France, visitors evacuated Dec 28, 2008

8,000 visitors of Futuroscope Park were evacuated on Saturday evening because of the bomb scare. The administration team of the park received a message that a bomb was hidden on the territory of the center of virtual entertainment. Two strangers who came by car informed a park employee that four bombs were hidden in the park. According to the information from Poitou-Charentes administration, park worker didn’t manage to remember the license plates number, but told the model and color of the car.

"Being cautious, the administration team of the park decided to evacuate all the visitors”, said the representative of Futuroscope during the interview. About 100 policemen searched the park looking for bombs. The administration of the park also thinks the information about bomb could be false. The park based upon multimedia, cinematographic futorscope and audio-visual techniques was opened in 1987. In July of 2008 the number of visitors reached 35 million.
