French park Futuroscope will present new attractions Feb 16, 2009
The famous French attraction park Futuroscope launched a new season in February. The administration of the park was happy with last year’s results. Futuroscope was visited by 1.6 million people which is 4.8% more compared to 2007. Therefore, the park administration is planning to stick to the chosen strategy of development based on continuous improvement and renewals. There will be two new attractions launched in 2009 on the space subject: Cosmic Collisions and Fly me to the Moon. Wide-screen image in
Cosmic Collisions will allow visitors to see how the Universe changes.
Fly me to the Moon is an animated 3D film, the main characters of the film are 3 flies on board of Apollo 11 who are planning a trip into space. Their motto is “Always ready for adventures”, their mission is to fulfill the dream and visit the Moon.
There will be also new attractions for the visitors of “World of kids” (Monde des Enfants), that has new fun games for families to offer this year. New attraction EcoDingo will sure improve your mood! EcoDingo is a car racing game of 2025! Magic Show will amaze you with interactive magic shows. New night play “Mystère de la Note Bleue”, composed by Yves Pepin, welcomes all visitors in the world of sound.
The Park administration is trying to help protect environment. There is a new project “Construisons demain” where visitors are offered to visit an eco-friendly house and see a photography exhibition “When art meets science”, TourMag.com reports. Starting from April the 4th, there will be opened a new hall “Animals of the future”. Visitors will be able to enjoy safari that looks even more realistic now, and see the animals that will probably inhabit the Earth in 5-200 million years.
Finally, due to the great success last year, Molecular cuisine will be open for a longer time this new season. Discover new tastes with Molecular cuisine that is a combination of different unique ingredients. You can try the dishes of Molecular cuisine at Cristal restaurant that will be open from April 4 till August 30, from October 24 till November 1, from December 26 till January 1.
