Mobile phones, Internet and digital technologies to be featured at a series of expos in France Mar 30, 2009One of the most exceptional summer tourism events will take place in France. The Cube Festival has only slight connections with the famous art movement, as it is known, the festival is dedicated to works of art created, modified, or enhanced using digital technologies. Artists deliver their views of the world in the suburb of Issy les Moulineaux in June. Unfortunately the people organizing the event did not decide upon an exact date as of now. The Cube Festival is the biggest event for French digital art and the founders see the opportunity of giving people a poetic way to visit modern Paris and its neighborhoods today as the main goal of the Fest. For six days visitors will listen to presentations about the incredible changes taking place in the world today with the increased usage of mobile phones, internet, and other hi-tech gadgets.
Needless to say, the festival will feature various interactive presentations and expositions. The guests will enjoy the opportunity to become a part of the show and get a hands-on experience with some of the devices. The festival will open with an exposition of digital art; guest will be relaxing at a picnic right in the middle of the gallery room. Back to news
